Collection

Once you have purchased your artwork through our online store, please email or call us to arrange a convenient collection time.

You are very welcome to come and view the artwork at our home gallery beforehand. As always there is no obligation to buy.

Payment can be made through our secure online shopping on this website.

Most UK Debit and Credit Cards are accepted through Stripe, our third-party payment provider and uses secure protocols.

We can arrange for payment via bank transfer if you prefer, please call us to discuss this.

The Artist’s Resale Right (“ARR”) affords the creators of original works of art, which include graphic works, paintings, sculptures and collages, the right to a royalty when their work is resold through a qualifying intermediary, such as an auction house or art dealer.

Where ARR is applicable, Rastall Art has detailed this in the artwork description. The ARR rate (for example 4%) will be added at the checkout prior to payment.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to cancel your order prior to it being dispatched for delivery to you.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days of placing your order without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by completing the contact form on our website at www.rastall.art/contact.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless by prior agreement, which will have been accepted in writing by both parties. And only if eligible as noted in our Terms and Conditions Policy.
